(A) The city is authorized to provide for the expenditure of public funds for payment to city employees on account of sickness or disability, in excess of those amounts already paid pursuant to worker’s compensation, and pursuant to the State of Florida Rules, Section 22C-202(I), “Payments on Account of Sickness.”
(B) The City Manager shall submit a copy of this section to the Division of Retirement, State of Florida.
