§ 32.167 ASSISTANCE TO THE BOARD.
   The City Clerk or his or her designee shall act as secretary to the Committee and be responsible for providing the items necessary for conducting meetings, as requested by the chair of the Committee, and for recording and preparation of meeting minutes. The City Attorney or his or her designee shall act as the attorney for the Committee. In addition, the Committee shall be cooperatively staffed by the appropriate city department, as determined by the City Manager, in order to insure an integrated approach to the work of the Committee.
