Within 90 days after the date of receipt of the local housing incentive strategies recommendations from the Committee, the City Commission shall consider the adoption an amendment to its local housing assistance plan to incorporate the local housing incentive strategies it will implement within its jurisdiction. The consideration of the amendment shall comply with the requirements of F.S. § 420.9076(6), as may be amended from time to time. (Ord. 1606, passed 4-16-08; Am. Ord. 1697, passed 9-7-11)
