§ 32.162 OFFICERS; QUORUM.
   (A)   The Committee shall elect a chairperson, a vice-chairperson and such other officers as the Committee shall deem necessary. Officers of the Committee shall be elected by a majority vote of the membership of the Committee at its first meeting after the members’ initial appointments, and annually thereafter. A member of the Committee may be elected to serve as an officer without restriction as to the number of terms served.
   (B)   The presence of six or more members shall constitute a quorum of the Committee. (Ord. 1606, passed 4-16-08; Am. Ord. 1697, passed 9-7-11)
