In addition to the automatic removal for the failure of a member to meet the attendance requirements set forth in this chapter, the City Commission or appointing organization may further remove a member of the Board for good cause. Good cause shall be defined herein as:
(A) Failure to perform and perceive the functions and duties of a member of the Board;
(B) Any other factor or matter within the legislative discretion of the City Commission or appointing organization which may be considered in determining the individual membership of a River of Grass Cultural Arts Center Board member.
