(A) An organizational meeting of the River of Grass Cultural Arts Center Advisory Board shall be held as the first meeting of each year, or as soon thereafter as practicable, for the purpose of electing officers for the ensuing year. A Chair and Vice Chair shall be elected for terms of one year by the Board from among its voting membership. Commencing in February 2008, at least one regular meeting of the Board shall be held every other month and special meetings may be called by the Chair or by any five voting members of the Board.
(B) The Board shall be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order, but may otherwise propose reasonable rules of procedure to govern the conduct of its business subject to the approval of the City Commission. All meetings, records and files of the Board shall be open and available to the public consistent with the Florida Public Records Law (Chapter 119, Florida Statutes) and the Sunshine Law (Chapter 286, Florida Statutes).
