(A) It is the intent of the City Commission in the establishment of the River of Grass Cultural Arts Center Advisory Board that this Board shall act in an advisory capacity to the City Commission in matters relating to the River of Grass Cultural Arts Center.
(B) It is further the intent and purpose in the creation of the River of Grass Cultural Arts Center Advisory Board that the Board shall facilitate the management and production of the cultural programming at the River of Grass Cultural Arts Center and to foster a positive and creative liaison between the City Commission and the community for the effective utilization of the River of Grass Cultural Arts Center.
