§ 32.136 ASSISTANCE TO THE BOARD.
   The City Clerk or his/her designee shall act as secretary to the Board and be responsible for providing the items necessary for conducting meetings, as requested by the Chair of the Board, and for recording and preparation of meeting minutes.
