The qualifications for membership shall be as follows:
(A) Each member of the Board shall be a resident of the city.
(B) No member of the Board may recommend their own artistic creations or cultural exhibits to the Board for display or performance.
(C) Each applicant shall indicate his or her interest in becoming well-versed with the City Charter and Code of Ordinances as the same may apply to the operation and administration of the Board and shall be further interested in the development of programs to best serve the health, safety and welfare of the citizens and residents of the city and county.
