The actions, decisions and recommendations of the Arts and Culture Advisory Board shall not be final or binding on the City Commission, but shall be advisory only. The Board or its members shall coordinate all recommendations for improvement in the cultural experience in the city and shall not interact directly with city administration and staff, except for the purpose of inquiries, investigations, and observations consistent with the provisions of 3.07 of the City Charter.
