§ 32.110 ESTABLISHMENT AND INTENT.
   (A)   It is the intent of the City Commission in the establishment of the Charter School Advisory Board that this Board shall act in an advisory capacity to the City Commission in matters relating to the city’s charter schools.
   (B)   It is the further intent and purpose in the creation of the Pembroke Pines Charter School Advisory Board that the Board shall serve in a responsive capacity to the needs of the community, the charter schools, the schoolchildren and their parents so as to assist in the ability of the charter school to foster a positive and creative liaison between the City Commission and the charter school community.
   (C)   It is the further intent of the City Commission that a separate Advisory Board shall be created for the Charter Elementary School, the Charter Middle School and the Charter High School.
