§ 32.101 EX OFFICIO MEMBERS; APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS; COMPOSITION, QUORUM.
   (A)   The Environmental Advisory Board shall consist of 11 regular members and one alternate member. Additionally the following ex officio members who shall have no voting powers on the Board, to wit: the City Manager, or his/her designee, and a Board Secretary.
   (B)   Each member of the City Commission shall appoint two members to the Environmental Advisory Board, with the Mayor appointing three members and one alternate member. All appointments shall be made pursuant to the City Code. All persons considered for appointment, to the extent practicable, shall represent environmental interests, specialties and qualifications in the following field:
      (1)   Architecture;
      (2)   Biology;
      (3)   Education;
      (4)   Engineering;
      (5)   Environmental science;
      (6)   Forestry;
      (7)   Geology;
      (8)   Horticulture;
      (9)   Law;
      (10)   Urban Planning.
