The Board shall hold regular meetings each month, and such additional or special meetings as it may find necessary for the proper performance of its duties. Unless otherwise provided for herein, any action taken by the Board shall require the affirmative vote of at least three voting members. (Ord. 1697, passed 9-7-11)
