There is hereby created a Planning and Zoning Board. In addition to the composition as set forth in § 32.020, the Planning and Zoning Board shall include an ex officio, non-voting member designated by the School Board of Broward County, Florida in accordance with F.S. § 163.3174, as may be amended from time to time. The School Board-appointed member may participate in all matters related to land use and zoning matters which, if approved, would increase residential density. (Ord. 1697, passed 9-7-11)
