In conjunction with the adoption of the aforementioned procedures for the implementation of such provisions, the city adopts the schedule of fines and penalties, attached to Ord. 1224 and hereby adopted by reference, which shall be assessed by the code enforcement officers and shall be followed by the Broward County Court system and the special master in their review and adjudication of matters in accordance with this subchapter.
