§ 32.061 JURISDICTION OF CIRCUIT COURT.
   The City Commission ratifies and embraces the conclusions of the Local Government Code Enforcement Board’s Act (F.S. Chapter 162) by agreeing to the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of Broward County to have jurisdiction of appeals from county courts, except appeals of county court orders or judgments declaring invalid a state statute or a provision of the state constitution. Circuit courts shall have jurisdiction of appeals from final administrative orders of Local Government Code Enforcement Boards and this subchapter. (Ord. 668, passed 10-5-83; Am.
