§ 32.060 APPEAL OF BOARD DECISION.
   (A)   An aggrieved party, including the city, may appeal a final administrative order of the Code Enforcement Board to the Circuit Court.
   (B)   An appeal by the violator or Code Enforcement Board shall be filed within 30 days of the execution of the order by the Chairman and Secretary of the Code Enforcement Board. (Ord. 668, passed 10-5-83; Am. Ord. 1697, passed 9-7-11)
