(A) Nothing contained in the Local Government Code Enforcement Board’s Act, as provided for in F.S. Chapter 162, amended, or by this subchapter, shall prohibit the city from enforcing its code of ordinances and Charter by any other means provided by law.
(B) The City Commission ratifies and embraces the legislative intention of the Local Government Code Enforcement Board’s Act, as provided for in F.S. Chapter 162, as amended, in that the city may seek additional or supplemental means of obtaining compliance with its local codes as provided herein. (Ord. 668, passed 10-5-83; Am.
