(A) The Code Enforcement Board shall have the jurisdiction and authority to hear and decide alleged violations of the technical codes in the city including, but not limited to occupation license, fire, building, zoning, And sign codes, as well as the various codes and provisions of the county in effect within the city.
(B) The jurisdiction of the Code Enforcement Board shall be as provided for in F.S. Chapter 162, and shall not be exclusive but shall be supplemental and shall not prohibit the city from enforcing its codes by any other means, as provided by law. (Ord. 668, passed 10-5-83; Am.
