§ 32.051 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY ATTORNEY. The legal officer and advisor of the city.
   CITY PROSECUTOR. May be the City Attorney or other appointed agents and employees of the city.
   CODE INSPECTOR. Any authorized agent or employee of the city whose duty is to insure code compliance.
   ENFORCEMENT BOARD. The City Code Enforcement Board.
   REPEAT VIOLATION. A violation of a provision of a Code of Ordinances by a person whom the Code Enforcement Board has previously found to have violated the same provision within five years prior to the violation.
   VIOLATOR. The possessor, occupier, user, owner, and/or landlord of the property where a violation of the city’s Code of Ordinance exists, or a person who has been charged with a Code infraction by a Code Inspector, whether that person possesses, occupies, uses, owns, or leases property in the city or not.
