§ 32.050 ESTABLISHMENT AND INTENT.
   It is the intent of this subchapter to promote, protect, and improve the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens and residents of the city by authorizing the creation of an Administrative Board to provide an equitable, expeditious, effective, and inexpensive method of enforcing the technical codes enforced in the city, including, but not limited to occupation license, fire, building, zoning, and sign codes, and with the authority to impose administrative fines, other noncriminal penalties, to recover costs and attorney fees. The provisions of F.S. Chapter 162 are herein incorporated by this reference.
   (A)   There is hereby created the City Code Enforcement Board in accordance with F.S. § 162.01 et seq.
   (B)   This subchapter shall be known as and may be cited as the “Pembroke Pines Code Enforcement Board Subchapter”. (Ord 668, passed 10-5-83; Am. Ord. 1101, passed 10-2-94; Am. Ord. 1697, passed 9-7-11)
