§ 32.021 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Architecture Review Board shall review the architectural plans for all buildings proposed to be constructed in business-, residential-, and industrial-zoned areas to insure that buildings are aesthetically compatible with the surrounding area so as not to create an eyesore within the city, and to insure that the buildings will not adversely affect the surrounding area. A majority vote is required to approve a project.
