§ 32.009 PROCEDURES; PUBLIC RECORDS, THE SUNSHINE LAW.

Each city advisory board may propose reasonable rules of procedure to govern the conduct of its business. If an advisory board does not adopt its own rules of procedure, then the board shall be governed by Robert's Rules of Procedures. All meetings, records and files of the board shall be open and available to the public, consistent with F.S. Ch. 119 (the Public Records Law) and F.S. Ch. 286 (the Sunshine Law).
