§ 32.002 COMPOSITION OF CITY ADVISORY BOARDS.
   Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, all city advisory boards shall be comprised of five voting members and two alternate members. The voting members shall be appointed in accordance with the procedures set forth in § 32.004. The alternate members of all city advisory boards shall be appointed by the Mayor. In the event of a vacancy on a city advisory board, the board's alternate members shall not automatically fill the vacant position. The Commission member from the district in which the vacancy occurred shall fill the vacancy pursuant to this section. (Ord. 1697, passed 9-7-11)
