§ 31.11 ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW OF CHARTER OFFICERS.
   (A)   For purposes of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      CHARTER OFFICER. Those city positions identified in the City Charter who are hired by and report to the City Commission.
      EVALUATION FORM. The written performance evaluation form created by the Human Resources Department and approved by the City Commission. The evaluation form shall be presented to the City Commission for consideration no later than 45 days following the adoption of this section.
   (B)   Beginning in 2013, and annually thereafter, each Charter officer shall be given a written performance review in accordance with the following procedure:
      (1)   No later than the second regular meeting in June, the City Clerk shall provide each member of the City Commission with one evaluation form for each Charter officer.
      (2)   Each member of the City Commission shall submit their completed evaluation forms to the City Clerk no later than the second regular meeting in August. The evaluation forms shall be retained by the City Clerk as public records pursuant to F.S. Ch. 119.
