§ 30.42 MINUTES AS OFFICIAL RECORD WHEN APPROVED BY COMMISSION.
   The minutes of the City Commission, after approval by the Commission, shall be filed in a permanent record book, to be kept in the custody of the City Clerk and shall be open to the public for inspection. This permanent record of the minutes shall be the official record and journal of the proceedings of the Commission.
