§ 30.40 PREPARATION OF MINUTES; DISTRIBUTION TO COMMISSION.
   It shall be the duty of the City Clerk or his Deputy to prepare, in printed form, the minutes of the proceedings of the City Commission whenever it is in official session. Copies of the minutes shall be distributed to each Commissioner, the Mayor, City Manager, and City Attorney as soon as possible after the meeting for which they were taken.
