§ 30.32 FINANCIAL IMPACT OF PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENTS.
   For all elections, beginning with the November 2, 2010 General Election, the City Commission shall receive a separate financial impact statement, not to exceed 75 words, estimating the increase or decrease in revenues or costs to the city resulting from the approval of any proposed Charter amendment. The financial impact statement shall be prepared at the direction of the City Commission, and no item shall appear on the ballot without approval by the City Commission of both the proposed Charter amendment and the financial impact statement.
