Public hearings will be scheduled by the Commission as necessary at 6:00 p.m. or such later time as otherwise specified in the notice thereof and as may otherwise be required by law. The time for commencement of such meetings shall be determined by resolution from time to time, unless otherwise specified in the notice thereof. All public hearings shall precede the regularly scheduled Commission meeting and shall run consecutively at such earlier or later hours as they may occur before the Commission.
