§ 30.13 CALLING MEETING TO ORDER; CHAIRMAN AND TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN.
   The Mayor, or in his absence the Vice-Mayor, of the City Commission shall take the chair precisely at the hour appointed for any Commission meeting, and shall immediately call the Commission to order. In the absence of both of them, the City Clerk shall call the meeting to order and preside until a temporary chairman is selected by the members of the Commission present. Upon the arrival of the Mayor or Vice-Mayor, the temporary chairman shall relinquish the chair on the conclusion of the business pending before the Commission.
