§ 30.02 SERGEANT-AT-ARMS.
   The Chief of Police, or that member of the Police Department he shall designate, shall be the Sergeant- at-Arms of the Commission meetings for the purpose of maintaining order and decorum. He shall act under the direction and control of the presiding officer.
