§ 153.065 BASIC YARD, AREA, AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS FOR DWELLINGS.

   The following schedule establishes minimum yard and area and maximum lot coverage and height requirements for dwellings and structures accessory to dwellings by district.

Notes: (1) Per dwelling unit. (2) When abutting a Residential District, the minimum side yard shall be the same as required in the abutting district; otherwise, no side yard is required. (3) Required side yards may be reduced to zero for zero-lot line developments subject to the approval of a site plan or subdivision by the Planning Commission. (4) Includes all dwellings and structures accessory to dwellings on property. (5) No structure located within the C-3 District shall be occupied or used as a dwelling on the ground floor or at street level. NA: Not applicable.
