(A) “R-A” Rural Residential. For low density residential development which may or may not have community water and sewerage services.
(B) “R-1” Single-Family Residential. For relatively low density residential development which may or may not have community water and sewerage facilities developed.
(C) “R-2” Single-Family Residential. For medium density residential development served by community water and sewerage services.
(D) “R-3” Multiple-Family Residential. For moderately high density residential development which has ready access to most community facilities. Community water and sewerage facilities are required.
