§ 152.070 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The Village Board of Zoning Appeals is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by the village code.
   (B)   Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed at the Village Hall, 115 Main Street, Pemberville, Ohio.
