§ 151.083 IMPLEMENTATION.
   (A)   The Mayor and Clerk of the village are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the County Commissioners to implement the provisions of the Uniform Code of Building Regulations for one-, two-, and three-family dwellings within the village limits.
   (B)   The contract between the village and the County Commissioners shall grant jurisdiction of the County Commissioners to enforce all provisions of said Building Code, as amended by §§ 151.080 through 151.082 within the village.
