§ 151.066 RIGHT TO REEVALUATE REINVESTMENT AREA.
   The Village Council reserves the right to reevaluate the designation of the village’s Community Reinvestment Area after December 31, 2005, and annually thereafter, at which time the Council may direct the Housing Officer not to accept any new applications for exemptions as described in R.C. § 3735.67.
