(A) Pursuant to R.C. § 3735.66, the boundaries of the village’s Community Reinvestment Area, are hereby established as the corporate limits of the village as of May 2005, as indicated on Attachment 4A to the ordinance codified herein. Only commercial and/or industrial properties consistent with the applicable zoning regulations within the designated Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) will be eligible for exemptions under this program.
(B) All properties identified in Attachment 1 and 1A, attached to the ordinance codified herein, as being within the designated Community Reinvestment Area are eligible for this incentive. This proposal is a public/private partnership intended to promote and expand conforming uses in the designated area. As part of the project, the village intends to undertake supporting public improvements in the designated area on an as needed basis and/or in conjunction with specific projects.
