§ 151.032 ASSIGNMENT AND DISPLAY OF ADDRESS.
   The Clerk shall keep a record of all building numbers. The owners of dwellings or business establishments shall obtain their number assignment from the Clerk and place numbers upon their dwelling or business establishment in such manner as will be legible from the street.
