§ 151.030 REQUIREMENT FOR BUILDING.

All dwellings and business establishments in the village shall hereafter have numbers. The two right figures of each building number shall depend upon the location of the building in its block, and the left figure or figures shall depend upon the distance of the block from the base lines hereinafter established.
