The criteria set forth in this subchapter are additional requirements in the District. They apply in addition to and apart from any applicable zoning requirements. In the event of a conflict between the criteria now adopted, and as hereinafter may from time to time be changed by Council, and any provision of the village’s zoning code, then the applicable provisions of this subchapter or any subsequent ordinance shall supersede any otherwise applicable provision of the village’s zoning code.
