The developer shall design and construct improvements not less than the standards outlined in the standard construction details of the village. The work shall be done under village supervision and inspection and shall be completed within the time fixed or agreed upon by the village’s engineering representative. The minimum requirements for materials and specifications shall be in accordance with the current standards of the “Construction and Material Specifications” of the state’s Department of Transportation, the state’s Environmental Protection Agency, the county, and the village. All inspection costs shall be paid for by the developer.
