(A) No vertical curve shall be established unless the algebraic difference in grades is greater than 1.2%. On any vertical curve, the grade shall be at least 0.4% between adjacent points.
(B) Minimum vertical visibility shall conform to the state’s Department of Transportation’s regulations in effect on the date of the approval of the preliminary drawing.
(C) No street grade shall be greater than 3% within 100 feet of an intersection.
