(A) The design and improvement standards contained in the following table are minimums for cul- de-sacs and loop type local streets in residential subdivisions. All such streets shall be designed and constructed in accordance with standards as specified in Table 1 below.
(B) Cul-de-sac streets with center islands for grass/landscaping shall not be permitted, except by special permission of Planning Commission.
