(A) The final plat shall be prepared by a qualified surveyor and legibly drawn in waterproof ink on tracing cloth or other material of equal permanence. It shall be drawn at a scale not smaller than 100 feet to the inch and shall be on one or more sheets, 24 inches by 36 inches in size.
(B) When possible, a scale of one inch equals 50 feet or larger should be used. When more than one sheet is required, an index sheet of the same size shall be filed showing the entire subdivision with the sheets numbered in ascending sequential order as a key.
