§ 150.025 PRELIMINARY DRAWING REQUIRED.
   After the preapplication stage, the developer shall submit a preliminary drawing of the proposed subdivision, which shall conform with the requirements set forth in §§ 150.026 to 150.033, inclusive. The preliminary drawing shall be prepared by a qualified engineer or surveyor.
