§ 31.03 SEWER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
   A Sewer Capital Improvement Fund is hereby established for purposes of holding appropriated funds for sewer capital improvement projects. Said account to be funded from permanent improvement money allocated from the village income tax receipts, and from other sources as approved by Village Council from time to time in the amount of $25,000 per year.
