§ 150.004 JURISDICTION.

These regulations shall be applicable to all subdivisions of land within the village corporation limits. The Planning Commission shall have the power of final approval of development plans for all plats. Responsibility for final plat approval and acceptance involving dedication of road right-of-way and/or utilities, shall rest solely with the Village Council and as further defined by village ordinances.
