§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   A violation of §§ 130.15 or 130.16 shall be a minor misdemeanor upon the first such offense, and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree upon the second such offense within a one-year period.
