§ 130.18 ASSISTANCE FOR CHILDREN IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS.
   If it shall appear that any child taken into custody for a violation of § 130.15 is growing up in vagrancy, is incorrigible, is being neglected, or has no home, proper proceedings shall be instituted in the county juvenile court as provided by statute.
