All new full-time employees and permanent part-time employees operating vehicles and equipment of the village shall have and pass a basic physical examination, including drug screening, at a physician selected by the village, prior to holding the position. All new full-time employees covered by the state’s Police and Fire Pension Fund must pass the required physical examination before they will hold a full- time position. This examination will be conducted by a physician selected by the village.
